Dedicated to the memory of Tony
This site is a tribute to Tony, who was born in East Ham Memorial Hospital on July 11, 1948 and sadly passed away on May 5, 2020 after his struggle with Oesophageal Cancer.
Tony worked many years contracting as a Computer Analyst Programmer, which had him working in many different locations around the world. He had very fond memories of his time living in Abu Dhabi with his family. Tony was well liked and people always warmed to his wonderful personality. In later life, he was a Publican which he enjoyed. He was always full of life and was always willing to help anyone in need. Tony was known for his generosity and known for always getting the round in. Tony loved all Sport. He mainly played football and cricket in his younger years, but continued to watch most sport throughout his life.
He was a kind, generous family man who was much loved and will always be remembered.
Tony spent many weeks in St Elizabeth Hospice and continued to receive end of life care in his home setting until he passed. The care and support Tony and his family received from everyone at the hospice was nothing short of amazing. For this reason we set up this tribute page in memory of Tony and would appreciate any donations for this wonderful Hospice.
